Multi-purpose Paper Decoration

I also posted this in my Tumblr blog. I saw these being used as number four (a goblet-looking decor) in a clinic of a school here in Lucena. I found them cute, and even appreciated it more when I realized three other uses for it.

Miss Oma gave me four of these with different colors. My favorite is the plain brown one, because it has this luster making it look a bit like a gold colored pencil. :D
